Donna Callejon

Donna Callejon chairs the Normal Next board of directors, focusing the organization on the opportunity ahead.

She brings with her extensive experience as an executive at GlobalGiving, a Washington D.C.-based nonprofit working to transform philanthropy by mobilizing resources to community-led organizations around the globe.
Callejon directly oversees the development and execution of GlobalGiving’s strategy to leverage the power of the GlobalGiving donor community, supporting a community-led response to natural and humanitarian disasters. She leads the small yet mighty team that facilitates millions of dollars of grants annually. Prior to focusing exclusively on this work, Callejon built and led GlobalGiving’s corporate partnerships, vetting grants programs and teams.

She also serves on the board of i2Capital, an innovative conservation financing B Corp. Previous board roles include the Washington Area Women’s Foundation, Business for Social Responsibility, GlobalGiving UK, and Water for People. During her first chapter, Callejon was a senior executive at Fannie Mae.

She is a California native with a degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California Davis and lives in Maryland with her partner and four-legged family members.
