Associate - Cohort 003

Noelle Bisignano works with people along their journey to help them find their wings.

Committed to ensuring every person has the right and opportunity to participate fully in the world around them, she seeks ways to join with people who need an advocate and stand with them to make a difference.

Prior to joining Normal>Next as a fall associate, she worked with the CHD “Through Her Eyes” Girls Conference, assisting presenters speak to the health and wellness of vulnerable girls at home, in school, and in society as they face challenges from trauma, neglect, aggression, and addiction.

As part of her academic and experiential studies, she participated in the RISE-UP Program, working with incarcerated women on issues relating to self-esteem, relationships, and addiction.

With the Benefiting All Students In Cranston Schools (BASICS) organization, she helped with the “Kids for Kids” program, assisting students make superhero capes and tutus for other kids in the Hasbro Children’s Hospital as they battled cancer.

Certified through Guiding Eyes for the Blind, Bisignano trains and raises guide dog puppies for seeing impaired people.

She is a senior at Bay Path University in Longmeadow, MA, majoring in Forensic Psychology, pursuing a career in drug addiction recovery. She was inducted into Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology in the spring of 2020.

A lifelong athlete, she plays softball, has played soccer, ran track, and even had a brief rugby career.
